The group includes Sirajuddin Jallaloudine Haqqani, identified as head of the Haqqani network since late 2012. His entry contains several aliases and three Afghan passports, including one issued in May 2026.
A sixth entry covers Russian national Alexander Alexandrovich Volosovik under the EU cyberattack sanctions regime. Volosovik is identified as the owner of Media Land LLC, a hosting provider linked in the sanctions rationale to ransomware, command-and-control services and phishing operations. His revised entry includes multiple online aliases, a passport number and a legal reference to a July 30 correction of EU Regulation 2026/1714.
