MONACO, July 29, 2026 — Monaco renewed an asset-freeze entry for Achraf El Miskini for six months and removed a separate entry for Badre Eddine Akroud, changing the status of two individuals under a national sanctions regime.
Decision No. 2026-85 updates the measures maintained under Monaco’s 2021 framework for implementing international economic sanctions. Both entries fall under the national asset-freeze regime citing Article L. 562-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
El Miskini’s listing now expires Jan. 29, 2027. His identifying information includes a Jan. 30, 2000, birth date and Rouen, France, as his birthplace.
Akroud’s entry, which carried a July 29, 2026, expiration date, was removed. His identifying details include an Aug. 28, 1971, birth date and Taroudant, Morocco, as his birthplace.
