The individuals added to the list are Iranian nationals or Iran-linked persons located in Iran, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. OFAC identified some of the new listings under its Specially Designated Global Terrorist program and others under nonproliferation authorities, with several entries noting exposure to secondary sanctions.

The entity designations include Dubai-based Chabok FZCO, Istanbul-based Emti Fiber Textile Import Export Trade Limited Company, Tehran-based Saman Air Services Company and Iran-based Sepehr Kaveh Kish International Trading Company. The listed entities were linked in the notice to Mahan Air, Sepehr Kaveh Kish International Trading Company or Pardisan Rezvan Shargh International Private Joint Stock Company.

OFAC also added two Mahan Air-operated Boeing 777-200ER aircraft, tail numbers EP-MTB and EP-MTE, to the SDN List. Both aircraft entries were marked under counterterrorism and nonproliferation tags and noted as subject to secondary sanctions.

The notice said there were no unrelated administrative list changes.
