UK updates four Russia sanctions listings, with no new designations

LONDON, Sept. 2, 2026 — The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List with four administrative corrections under the Russia sanctions regime. The changes do not represent new designations, and all four entries remain subject to sanctions.

The corrected entries cover Stanislav Bronislavovich Klevitskiy, Glenbrook Corporation Limited, Joint Stock Company Teleport Bank and JSC Altay Instrument-Making Plant Rotor.

Klevitskiy remains subject to an asset freeze, travel ban, trust services sanctions and director disqualification. The UK says he has supported the Russian government through involvement in the country’s information, communications and digital technologies sector. The correction added a primary-name variation.

Glenbrook Corporation remains subject to an asset freeze, trust services sanctions, director disqualification and transport sanctions. The UK says it is associated with Tahir Garayev through Coral Energy Group, now 2Rivers Group, and the Russian energy sector. The correction removed previously listed Hong Kong address information.

Teleport Bank remains subject to an asset freeze, trust services sanctions, director disqualification and restrictions on correspondent banking relationships and payment processing. Its correction amended a business registration identifier.

Rotor, which the UK says operates in Russia’s defence sector, remains subject to an asset freeze, trust services sanctions and director disqualification. Its correction amended website and email information.

The notice states that the changes are administrative amendments and do not alter the sanctions status of the four listed parties.
