UK revises three Russia sanctions entries
The UK revised records for three people under its Russia sanctions regime, while leaving their existing restrictions in place from July 23.
LONDON, July 23, 2026 — The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office varied the UK sanctions entries for Pavel Ezubov and Vasily Vitalyevich Abramov and corrected the entry for Daria Rosliakova. All three remain designated under the Russia sanctions regime.
Ezubov and Abramov remain subject to an asset freeze, travel ban, trust-services restrictions and a director disqualification sanction. The UK links Ezubov’s designation to his associations with Oleg Deripaska and his father, Alexey Petrovich Ezubov. Abramov is listed over his previous management role at Kazstanex LLP, which the UK says made economic resources, goods or technology available in support of activity destabilizing Ukraine.
Rosliakova remains subject to the same four measures as well as internet-services sanctions. Those restrictions require social-media services, internet-access providers and application stores to take reasonable steps to prevent UK users from accessing content, sites or applications she provides.
The UK says Rosliakova supported or promoted action undermining Ukraine’s territorial integrity through her role as regional analysis department head at Rybar LLC.
The revisions may affect sanctions-screening and list-maintenance data because the records contain names, aliases and other identifiers.
