LONDON, June 9, 2026 — Britain has added seven new designations under its Global Human Rights sanctions regime, updating the UK Sanctions List with one individual and six entities linked to Israeli settler activity in the West Bank, according to a Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office notice and a same-day government press release.

The new designations are Itamar Yehuda Levy, his company EYAL HARI YEHUDA COMPANY LTD, Ahavat Gilad, ARI YSHAG, ARTZENU, Shivat Zion Lerigvey Admata and The Farms Association. The UK said those targeted were involved in financing, enabling or carrying out settler violence, and said the measures were coordinated with international partners.

According to the sanctions notice, Levy was designated for allegedly facilitating or supporting abuses tied to construction and demolition work in the West Bank, while his company was accused of using company resources in acts that included destruction of Palestinian land and property and attacks on Palestinians. The Farms Association, Ahavat Gilad, ARI YSHAG, ARTZENU and Shivat Zion Lerigvey Admata were accused of raising, channeling or providing funds and other support to settler farms and outposts associated with violence, intimidation and the forced displacement of Palestinians.

The UK said the sanctions include asset freezes and, where applicable, travel bans and director disqualification sanctions. In the formal notice, Levy was listed for an asset freeze, travel ban and director disqualification, while several of the entities were listed for asset freezes and director disqualification, and ARTZENU and The Farms Association were listed for asset freezes.

The move builds on earlier UK sanctions against extremist settlers, outposts and support organizations announced in February 2024, October 2024 and May 2025. The government also said on Tuesday that it would, for the first time, explicitly advise British businesses against economic and financial activity in illegal settlements.
