Ryan Wedding network added to SDN list in anti-narcotics crackdown
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control added Ryan Wedding, 10 individuals and nine entities to its SDN List in a counter-narcotics action released Nov. 19, 2025. The designations were made under Executive Order 14059.
WASHINGTON, November 19, 2025 — The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned former Canadian Olympian Ryan James Wedding and a wider network tied to him in a counter-narcotics action, adding 11 individuals and nine entities to the Specially Designated Nationals List under Executive Order 14059.
The action names Wedding, also known as James Conrad King, and individuals linked to him in Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Italy and the United Kingdom. Those added include Daniela Alejandra Acuna Macias, Miryam Andrea Castillo Moreno, Deepak Balwant Paradkar, Rolan Sokolovski, Gianluca Tiepolo, Carmen Yelinet Valoyes Florez and Edgar Aaron Vazquez Alvarado, as well as John Anthony Fallon and Cristian Diana. Several entries include digital currency addresses, passports and other identifying information.
OFAC also designated companies linked to members of the network across multiple jurisdictions. The entities include fuel wholesalers in Mexico, motor vehicle businesses in the United Kingdom, and firms in Italy, Canada and Mexico. Among them are Grupo Ares Imperial S. de R.L. de C.V., Grupo RVG Combustibles S.A. de C.V., VRG Energeticos S.A. de C.V., TMR Ltd, LMJ Trading Ltd, Made in Italy Motorcycles Limited, Stile Italiano S.R.L., Windrose Tactical Solutions S.R.L.S. and 2351885 Ontario Inc., also known as Diamond Tsar.
The release lists no unrelated administrative changes.
